Patients usually present with palpitation, breathing difficulty, chest discomfort, blackout , sweating for a short duration of time. ECG echo holter monitoring are done and initially medicines are prescribed to alleviate , if not controlled we go for pacemaker/ ICD/ EP study and ablation depending on disease subset.
